# How to Report a error for a questions in test ?

STEP 1: Login to your ID

STEP 2: From the options, select “Courses”

STEP 3: Now you can view the courses that you are enrolled for.

STEP 4: Now select the test and Click **Take Test** option

STEP 5: Once the 25 seconds timer finishes, you’ll be directed to the test

STEP 6: Now click the report icon above the question

STEP 7: Now a warning dialogue box appears, where you will be able to report the error for the respective question
